A while ago, I bought a folding table. I already had a floor table, but it was a bit uncomfortable, so I wanted to use a table with a chair. However, when I unpacked it, I found it was already broken. I thought about exchanging it, but the table looked too flimsy in person. So, I took a picture, attached it to my complaint, and requested a return on the shopping site. They came to pick it up the same day. It was the first time I experienced such a fast service. Even though the item arrived broken, I was pleased with the quick resolution.
